PASSIFLORA RUM BARREL-AGED this sweet honey wine with passion fruit has been aged for more than 3 years. In 2019 we stored a batch of Passiflora in a recently emptied oak barrel that was being used by Ron Centenario.
ET TU BRUTE is a sparkling honey wine with passion fruit. Pale yellow color, aromas of passion fruit and honey. This is a dry wine, however it strikes a tasty balance with its tropical fruit notes, light acidity and subtle bitterness.
ORBE is fermented with fresh jabuticaba and tropical forest honey, and aged in French oak for 6 months. It presents a dark ruby color and a captivating bouquet of dried fruits, jabuticaba, and woody notes with a touch of vanilla.
MoCA is a sparkling mead, with cocoa, coffee and vanilla. Rich, dark color, aromas of chocolate, with a sweet, complex flavor, balanced with honey and coffee notes.
EXE is a dry honey wine made with mulberry, jabuticaba, and tropical forest honey. Bright crimson color, aromas of black cherry and pepper and a slightly fruity, tannic flavor with mineral notes. Medium body.
MELINIA is a sweet honey wine fermented with fresh jabuticaba fruit and tropical forest honey. Exquisite balance between the sweetness of honey and the vibrant character of Jabuticaba, creating a palate that delights with acidic and juicy notes.
PASSIFLORA is a honey wine with passion fruit and tropical forest honey. Warm, golden yellow colour. An aroma of moderate honey, with notes of tropical fruits. Powerful passion fruit flavor, predominantly sweet with a slight acid taste.
CARIBEÑO is a sparkling mead with ginger and malted native corn. Hazy straw yellow color, aroma of freshly cut ginger and slight notes of spicy apple, and intense semi-sweet flavor with a citrus finish and a lingering spiciness from ginger.
PLINIA is a sparkling mead with jaboticaba and cinnamon. It has a brilliant ruby red color, aromas of cranberries and cinnamon, and a dry, fruity flavor.
AMAPOLA is a honey wine fermented with dried hibiscus flowers and tropical forest honey. Brilliant mahogany color, lively floral and honey aromas, and a sweet, concentrated flavor of dried fruits, especially raisins.
CAPSICAO is a honey wine made with cocoa, hot chili, and tropical forest honey. Light brown color, aromas of chocolate and soft fruit with a balanced sweetness and an earthy cocoa flavor with a subtle spicy finish.
