Opened in Seattle Sodo District in Oct. 2019. Fremont opened July 2021. White Center opened in Feb. 2025.
Mead production
No sulfites added. Unfiltered and no clarifying agents. No back sweetening. A very minimalist and natural approach while making one of the world's largest selection and diversity of mead. 6 gallon -100 gallon size batches.
