Semi-dry, sparkling cider that was made only from apples from one unique orchard of the Holouvousy breeding station. A big favorite at our tastings, thanks to its balance and drinkability

The cider is fine, medium sparkling, semi-dry. The basis is apple varieties from the gene pool from orchards in Holovous in Jičín. Baldbeard is an important breeding area for apples. For example, the Holovous raspberry apple comes from here.
This is also the reason why this cider is premium. The apples were specially selected with the aim of relying on high-quality and interesting varieties.
The taste has fine acids and even lighter traces of bitterness. Lightly coiled, slightly spicy, ripe taste. A very drinkable cider.
