Vintage 2016. Cidre Brut Zbraslav is a unique cider. Long-ripened from apples of the year 2016. The apples come from the Zbraslav castle orchard - the oldest orchard in Prague. Cider stands out, dry, mildly spicy and with a light hint of grass, autumn leaves of coriander and quince and a good dose of ripe fruitiness.
