Dad's orchard produced a limited edition cider that was aged in an oak barrel after bourbon whiskey. The taste is characterized by more intense (but not unpleasant, on the contrary) acidity, long roundness due to long maturation. A cider that is clearly unique in the Czech Republic. Rather sweet taste, aroma and tones of wood, coffee. Especially suitable as a digestif. It is a cider meant for slow evening sipping.
