Mr. Jaroš's beekeeping and small-scale production of mead is located in South Moravia. Its mead is significantly drier and more fermented.
The production of mead started around 2005, various types of honey and deep-fermenting yeast are used for fermentation. The mead is without additives and matures for about 6 months. It has 15% alcohol, it is significantly dry, unlike ordinary meads. It is repeatedly rewound and no preservatives are used. Due to the high alcohol content, it is very stable.
The latest edition of 2019 is semi-sweet.
