Mead production
Its canned session and bottled meads are made from Danish honey, along with a variety of fruits and berries, including cherries, blackcurrants, apples, strawberries, grapes, rhubarb, mango, passionfruit and yuzu, as well as botanicals such as hibiscus, elderflower and ginger, with some of the meads spontaneously fermented and aged in oak or bourbon barrels.
Other products
Copenhagen Mead Company also makes cider with Danish apples, including a traditional farmhouse cider, still cherry cider and pet-nat honey cider.
