Cold-brewed mead made from our own honey and garden fruit juice. The distinctive fruity flavor will enchant you and is a pleasant drink when sitting with family or friends. It is matured in an acacia barrel.
The Enduring Mead is part of the limited editions from the Danish meadery Mjødgård. This mead truly lives up to its name, as after each bottling, the remaining mead is reused as the base for the next batch of Enduring Mead.
Sun mead is made from honey collected in our own apiary, dandelion flowers blooming in the flooded meadows near the apiary and juice from berries collected in the surrounding villages.
This is one of the more refreshing, young meads with a short maturation period. Thanks to the reduced content of bee honey, it surprises with a delicate sweetness with a complex, floral character with a noticeable accent of gooseberry acidity.
