This micro-meadery produces traditional meads based on European recipes. Its speciality is the Vieux Liège and a Trójniak made in Amburana barrels. Meebrug produces brewing products like yeast nutrients and other stuff.

History

Founded in 2015 by a Grégoire Demets, in the basement of his house. He has more than 10 years of experience as mead producer and will some day legalize his business (as soon as he has money, time and patience enough for this). Actually selling mead for a loyal group of mead-loving clients, fortunately all the production is quickly sold. Demets wrote an 576 pages e-book on mead-making, in Portuguese for the moment, but it should be translated soon to french and english (maybe Spanish too)
