Iknal is a mayan word that means "in company, or together with.." our mission is share our pasion for mexican flavors, products and labor of all mexican hands and we try to do it through our meads and alcoholic beverages.

Mead production

Our mead production is committed on exalting the honeys and products of México. We work the mead through cold process, mixing water and honey without heat. The fermentation runs on stainless steel tanks using differents types of wine or beer yeast.
