Trójniak Piastowski is produced with 1/3 of the volume of honey,
Dwójniak Kurpowski is made with 1/2 volume of honey
and Poltorak Jadwiga is made from 2/3 honey.
The rest of the volume is water, or water in combination with fruit juice.
This solution then ferments, the more honey, the longer and then longer. Sometimes for many years.
