Mazurskie Miody
The meads from this label are not boiled! It is a great value and a rarity on the market. This seems to be a mead-making strategy, which makes us very happy.
Mead preserves the value of honey because it is not subjected to heat treatment. The sweetness of honey, which you can easily perceive, is underlined by the excellent raspberry juice. Mead is great for meat dishes, but it is also good as an aperitif.
It is made according to a traditional Polish recipe: one part of honey and one part of water. Alcohol content 16% vol.
