Beekeepers & Mead Makers producing traditional method Sparkling Meads
Following a year in primary fermenation and ageing, Rosé undergoes a secondary fermentation and ageing process of 2 years. Allowing bready, brioche flavours to develop, but with the addition of a fruity, botanical taste derived from Hibiscus.
Rosé uses Northumberland Honey summer Wildflower Honey which is predominantly Lime and Clover honey.
Tasting Notes:
A wonderful light rosé colour gives intrigue reminiscent of a Northumberland sunset, leading to a fruity, fresh mouth feel and a smooth but dry finish.
