Local small farm based Meadery

We are a farm based Meadery that is hosted at Mutual Weirdness Farm in Geneva OH. We specialize in brewing everything from scratch using honey and other ingredients we source (IE we are out in the fields harvesting) from local small farms around us. We try not to use anything in our Mead's that came with a barcode!

Our brewery specializes in brewing using the old Viking methods which results in a very pleasant mead that tastes more like fruit juice than burning its way through you! We work hard to capture the essence of each of the ingredients we use.

History

Three Sips Brewing is a collaboration between Marcus & Meagan Weidner of Mutual Weirdness Farm and Dan & Melinda Zikursh of Midgard Farms. The partnership started when we worked together to host some bee hives at Mutual Weirdness Farm, and over the course of time we did some hobby brewing together that was AMAZING. We have worked for over two years building out the facilities and getting licensed and are now up and running and delighting our customers that come to our farm, see us at the local farmers markets or buy online to get it shipped directly to them!

Mead production

We work hard to find ways to help local farmers with produce they might not be able to use and would lose. Have 800 pounds of peaches that are too ripe to take to market? Call us, we will buy them and then not sleep for 4 days while we process them! Halloween over and you have truckloads of pumpkins that didn't sell? Call us and we will take them off your hands and cut up/roast pumpkins for weeks!

Mead is our specialty, but we also make very unusual Ciders and some country wines.
