Our mead is made from our honey according to a traditional recipe by controlled cold fermentation of honey. The barrels are fermented in the same way as for grape production. Our mead is pure, natural, free of flavorings, other artificial ingredients or preservatives. Thanks to this method, all the properties of honey are preserved in mead.
