Manufacturer of traditional mead based on wine technology and cold production. The factory is located in Bavorov near Mikulov.
Medovíno s.r.o. was founded in 2014 and its main product is mead produced in a traditional way using modern technologies. Mead made from a mixture of forest and meadow honey in a precisely defined ratio. The honey solution is heated during production to a maximum of 30° C.
The company does not have its own bees and buys honey from Czech beekeepers. The mead is filtered and reserved by SO2.
Mead wine Medovíno is distributed young, without longer maturation.
From Mead, we have been selling Klasik, Ginger-Lemon grass and Malt mead since the beginning. Currently, a very popular mead is linden fermented from pure linden honey with a very delicate taste and one of the best on offer. However, the absolute best seller is Malt Mead, which is unique by combining hops and malt, known in the world as "braggot".
