Miroslav Bašta is a small local producer in the Třeboň region. It produces mead boiled from its own honey and the surrounding local beekeepers. In addition to natural, the offer also includes other types, including the desired almond, which is flavored using traditional methods, i.e. maceration of crushed almonds without the use of aromas, as is common elsewhere.

The flavor of all meads is very mild.

Although, as Mr. Bašta himself claims, he hardly drinks mead and prefers wine, he knows how to make it very tasty and popular with customers.
