We like all the fruit that is given to us by the rich Czech nature, but we must admit that little bumps into a just ripe, beautifully juicy peach. We had been playing with the idea of loading peach mead for a long time and we just waited for it to come across the right peaches.
And when we came across a sprinkled peach orchard at a local gardener in Slemen this year, we knew right away that this would be an extraordinary mead, and not just because of the taste. For us, it is also spiced with a pinch of nostalgia, because we once lived in Slemen, and it was there that we also founded and started our company.
This year is the first time we have peach mead on offer and we can't wait to taste it too.
Wild taste with a hint of nostalgia
The juicy peaches, ripe in the Czech sun, were so tempting that we had to do something so that we would not eat them before being loaded with honey. We would say that the mead is very beneficial for the fact that we loaded it all into the mead with the seeds. Thanks to this, you can also enjoy the delicate taste of kernels, which will add a touch when tasting.
The resulting taste is long, warm and may surprise you with a gentle breath of apples on the palate. After the second sip, a peach flavor develops with a stone fruit end and a light sparkle, after all, it is a young mead. Its taste is best when it is cold or at room temperature.
Important! Do not take the savagery of mead lightly, it is not yet a mature drink! Store it in the refrigerator and drink it no later than one week after delivery. Once you open it, drink it no later than the next day. But I would say that it won't even last you that long :-)
"This mead is simply stone! Literally, we loaded it with whole peaches from our favorite gardener from Slemen, a village that has a special place in our hearts. That's where we founded our company almost 29 years ago. The taste of mead is warm. and long, surprisingly with a slight undertone of apples.
