Raspberries are a summer fruit that we all love since childhood. Properly ripe raspberries have a tempting red color, they are wonderfully juicy and sweet.
The smell of sweet summer fruit
The idea for raspberry mead came about as accidentally as the famous virtue out of necessity :-) We were looking for currants for our favorite currant mead, but this year it was not enough. When inquiring about acquaintances, Milan found out that his friend from the next village did not have currants, but he did have a proper crop of raspberries.
Ripe fruit refreshment
About a year ago, we introduced you to a wild (freshly fermented, but immature) version of raspberry mead, the taste of which we fell in love with for the first taste. Judging by how quickly it was disassembled, we think it was a success with our customers as well.
Honey wine usually matures for at least a year and its taste changes greatly during maturation. Mead can lose its sweetness, which changes to other taste tones. Now the Raspberry Mead is fully ripe and ready to please your taste buds.
