The production method of Radomilicka mead emphasizes the uniqueness and keeping the true taste of honey. The mead is produced in the historical premises of the South Bohemian farm by fermenting honey in the presence of wine yeasts without air access and without heating of the honey. No preservatives are added during maturation. After several years of maturation and careful continuous quality control, the mead is bottled.
