As a special direction and additional products to varienty of classical wines they are producing pyments - mead with wine.

Winery V & M Zborovský is a company of a purely family character based primarily on the traditional values of Moravian winemaking. It is located in Velké Pavlovice, one of the largest wine-growing villages in the Blue Mountains region.

In addition to the classic series of varietal wines, it offers special editions, straw wines, wines from botrytsky collection or white wines produced by the "batonnage" method.

In the Mead we sell very popular wine meads. The basic lines are "red" fermented from Frankovka cider and "white" made with Muscat Ottonel.
Each batch of grape mead can differ in the type of honey and grape variety used.

The white variant is always significantly sweeter than the red.

We recommend it to all lovers of sweet wine and mead and discoverers of new tastes.
