As the oldest known alcoholic beverage, mead has stood the test of time.
The excessively sweet meads of recent decades have now paved the way for a new trend spreading across the globe that incorporates a combination of tradition and creativity. Kullane Mõdu shows the direction at this time, it is the first specialized mead producer in Estonia.
With each fermentation produced in small quantities to capture the unique terroir and flavor each batch of honey offers, Kullane Mõdu is therefore produced as an experiment from the heart and excitement.
