History

My first mead, I made them 40 years ago. Since, from a tiny family production, I moved to an average production, emphasizing quality to volume since 2012.

Mead production

I make traditional meads, mélomels, meddyglyns and melimesk (between mélomel and meddyglyn) Always strictly cold worked. Fermented in stainless steel vats and sometimes aged in oak barrels.
