Kinsale Wild Red Mead is a wonderful melomel mead fermented with Irish black currants, sour cherries and pure honey. A wonderfully enticing drink with a beautiful, rich color. It is excellent served at room temperature on its own or with food.
Wexford blackcurrant is beautifully balanced with dark cherries, tempered with a hint of honey and matured to a silky smooth finish.
Serve with roast duck, grilled ribs or sausages and rich tomato-based Italian dishes. Amazing with cheese boards or quality chocolate. A popular choice with wine lovers who prefer a more subtle style. Fantastic for warming up during winter days.
