Polish mead Dwójniak and melomel. The basis for fermentation is 50% of flower honey and 30% of remaining content is a raspberry juice.

Created from the highest quality multi-flower honey. Matured by aging. It is stored in stoneware and glass bottles. The alcoholic content is around 15%.

With a pleasing and sought-after aroma, although not overly fruity, its excellent taste is due in part to the tannin balance and a touch of bitterness added by the honey. Contains a large amount natural anti-oxidants.

Aged for 3 years.
