Beekeeping Boštjan and Anton Noč is a Slovenian family beekeeping with a rich tradition of continuous beekeeping for more than a century.
In addition to many honey products, they also produce mead and sparkling mead, which they now also offer in smaller bottles of 0.375 liters.
Sparkling mead "NOČ" represents the top of the producer's beekeeping knowledge. Sparkling mead is made using the famous French bottle fermentation process, a process we now call the classic "Champagne" method or the traditional method.
