Sustainable produced organic meads from Switzerland
Out of curiousity I let destill 200 liters of my mixed meads to make a Met-Schnaps. It turned out like a very expensive Vodka:
A great nose, full of floral notes, but a very light and fine taste in ones mouth. But: It does not burn and you recon the 40% vol.alc. just at the end.
