We produce 5 different styles of Mead, using a light amber honey from the Lucerne flower. The different types are: Sparkling Mead, honey fermented with ginger, 5% alc
Honey Mead, 12.5% alc., Spiced Mead, 12.5% alc, infused with nutmeg, clove and cinnamon, Liqueur Mead , extra spices, fortified to 19% with brandy ; Cask aged Mead, 23% alc . fortified with Gin.
