The Blacksmith's Meadery produces mainly melomels and traditional meads of standard to sack strenght. Ocasionally we venture into pyment and cyser teritory.

A classic Belgian mead fermented with orange honey. Gravitas is one of the "traditional" meads. So only water, honey and yeast were used in the production. No added fruit or spices.
A sweet traditional mead with heather honey. It has inherited a lovely smoky quality from being matured in an ex-Kilchoman whisky cask.
