Various types of mead from a beekeeper from the wine-growing village of Moravská Nová Ves

Beginning producer of mead from Moravská Nové Ves. The production started with the thermal method-cooking, but for the last year Mr. Pálka has been switching to the cold method in order to preserve the highest value of the honey.

The current batches are still brewed, but everything else maturing in the cellar is mead made cold and using other yeasts.
