How does sparkly mead with red currant taste?
In this honey wine, you will first be attracted by its beautiful sparkly honey color. We recommend drinking mead chilled. This will make the fruit tones and its ripe taste stand out better. The taste is very balanced, not too sweet or too sour, in short and as pleasant as the yellow-orange colors of old summer. The mead beautifully combines the taste of honey with a slight acidity.
How is honest currant mead made?
By heating, we pour quality honey, add water, nutrient salt and yeast. We mix crushed currants into the prepared mead, which comes from a grower from Rychnov pod Kněžnou. The mead ferments for about a month, then strained it and removed the crushed currant. The mead is formed, which we must let calm down for about 2 months and then we can turn it into another container. When rolled over, the mead ripens and may begin to ripen. And since then, our currant mead has stood in the cellar and matured to the present day, when we carefully bottle it into the bottles of our exceptionally good autumn line.
"Last summer I loaded my favorite mead with red currants. After 14 months of maturation, I can introduce you to the resulting delicate honey wine, which sparkles with the color of honey and smells like summer fruit lit by the sun. I recommend indulging her in the evening in the chamber company of your counterpart and remembering the rich summer experiences while drinking. "

Cold production
Our mead is produced by a cold fermentation process. Therefore, if you drink any mead from our family business - you can be sure that neither the honey nor the mead has boiled, nor has a high temperature been used during production, so the mead contains all the great substances like honey.
