The Roman Zapletal Valtice winery is focused on the production of quality appellation wines from grapes that come from carefully maintained vineyards. The gentle processing of grapes from a reduced harvest using controlled fermentation technology gives their wines a distinctive character. They organize tours of the historic premises of the La Veneria castle with guided wine tasting directly in the castle cellar. The wine bar organizes tastings, company parties, private events, banquets, etc.
