Apis Terrae was made in 2017

Mead production

"Grande Réserve" is mead made only with acacia and hawthorn honey, its maturated on fine lees and aged in chestnut Barrel. You can find it in several stared Michelin restaurants in France like Mauro Colagreco 3* (best restaurant of the world in 2019) Serge Vieira 2* or Sébastien Bras 3*.
