Polish sparkling Dwójniak is a cold-made mead and fermented from a mixture of linden honey and water in a ratio of 1: 1. Very sweet mead with a strong taste of linden honey. Glass bottle.

This unique dwójniak is made from pure linden honey from the forests of Borecka in northern Poland. Long-term mature. Alcohol content approximately 16%.
The long maturation period gives the mead a unique velvety taste. The light bitterness comes from linden honey and balances the sweetness of a typical dwójniak. Its pale straw color and strong linden flavor give the impression that July will last forever - regardless of the season.
Dwójniak and Połtorak mead is aged for 3-5 years.
To give this drink a specific lightness, we subjected it to a gentle saturation. Its carbonization with carbon dioxide and a slight hint of bitterness from linden honey balance the sweetness of dwójniak.
