Black Label NorseMet
The ‘wild’ one has transformed into a fully fledged Berzerker. After 12 months maturation in a steel cage, the NorseMet’s raw and savage flavours have become honed and harmonious. Approaching the rounded body of a Muscat, but with a more pronounced honey flavour. This mead was awarded 2nd Place at the prestigious 2017 MazerCup, and has proven extremely popular with traditionalists.
Wildflower honey (Lindentree, Sunflower and Dandelion) and pre-fermented honey, 14%abv.
Fermentation: 6 Months Maturing in steel-tank: 12 Months
