Milfion the "classic" mead Robust honey flavour with an unobtrusive sweetness, complimented by delicate sour notes of green fruits. This traditionally made golden nectar is a brilliant all-rounder and a firm favourite amongst the purists. Like all Metsiederei Meads it is organic, unfiltered and unsulphured, which means that the micro-nutrients are unharmed. This natural process creates some sediment and cloudiness within the bottle, but it ensures that you get all of the beautiful aroma and flavour. It tastes of cheeky ageless youth, and is best paired with goats cheese or cacao. Wildflower honey (Lindentree, Sunflower and Dandelion), 12.5% abv. Fermentation: 6 Months Maturing in Steel-tank: 6 Months
