History

Created on 2015, fully licensed by fall 2016, and first sales hit the market in January of 2017. Our effective start date. Founded by 3 veterans. Currently one Vet remains. Reorganized and added a short list of beer as well. We have focused on creating meads that follow the flavor profile of Polish meads

Mead production

All mead are produced with a Sur lee method of aging on the lees. This process is a minimum of one year, and some of the early production is still aging after 7 years!

Other products

Introduce in spring 2026 is our beer line up. Currently a Dark and dreamy Braggot. Crisp refreshing Wheat Beer. Solid Barley wine style Casual drinking Pale Ale and a Polish style Lager.
