Cold mead production

We make mead in cooperation with beekeeper Tomáš Blaškovič. Tomáš takes care of about 150 bee colonies from Bratislava to Moravský Svätý Ján. We use high-quality flower, agave and linden honey. In order to preserve the natural character and all the valuable substances in the honey, we do not heat or otherwise treat it before fermentation. Our mead ferments and matures in oak barrels for at least 12 months and is bottled without clarification or filtration. We produce three types of mead: Natur, Herbal and Tea. Natur is pure mead made only from honey and water. Herbal is a herbal mead flavored with motherwort, linden flower, sage and hyssop. Tea is mead flavored with green tea.
